Introduction

In this guide, we're going to look at how to get more MON tokens for the on-going Monad testnet.

Step 1

First we need to claim some test ETH on Sepolia. Input your wallet address and claim.

For this guide, I will use MetaMask wallet.

Google Cloud Web3 Faucet: cloud.google.com

Sepolia PoW Faucet: sepolia-faucet.pk910.de

Step 2

Next, we need to head over to the Orbiter Finance testnet bridge & connect our EVM wallet.

Set "From" as Sepolia and set "To" as Monad Sepolia, insert any available amount & hit Bridge.

Step 3

Now, we need to head over to Uniswap and connect wallet. Once your wallet is connected, press your address in the top-right corner and go to Settings then enable testnet mode.

Now we need to select the first token, and make sure the drop-down is set to Monad Testnet.

The first token will be our ETH that we bridged to Monad, input the contract address and you should see your ETH balance.

CA (Contract Address):  0x836047a99e11F376522B447bffb6e3495Dd0637c

Input any amount and perform the swap. It may take some time to work, and prices may fluctuate to a point where it may not be worth the trade, but keep checking back to see if things change.

If the exchange rate is too low, you can also try performing the swap here: monad.ambient.finance
