In this guide, we're going to explore the Retrobridge platform and look at how to claim from the faucet and interact with the bridge.


What is Retrobridge?

RetroBridge is a multichain platform that facilitates seamless connectivity and asset transfers between EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and non-EVM chains. It allows users to bridge and swap assets quickly at low market fees.

RetroBridge also offers testnet functionality, allowing users to support emerging blockchain networks by bridging assets and performing activities on different testnets. This helps in the development and scaling of new blockchain projects.

The platform has undergone security audits by reputable firms, including PeckShield and Quantstamp.




Step 1 - Optional

If you'd like to use the Retrobridge faucet for a chance of earning extra points, then we'll need to perform a bridge on mainnet to unlock it. If not, you can skip to step 3.

To do this, head over to: app.retrobridge.io & connect wallet.

Now we just need to bridge a small amount of ETH. Retrobridge supports most networks like Base, Arbitrum, zkSync Era, Scroll, OP & more.







Step 2 - Optional

Now the faucet will be unlocked.

So head over to the faucet: faucet.retrobridge.io, connect your wallet & press "Claim" for Ethereum Sepolia.

* If you didn't receive any test ETH, you could try another faucet like: cloud.google.com, or alchemy.com/faucets/ethereum-sepolia





Step 3

Next, we need to make use of the bridge: testnet.retrobridge.io

1. Insert some test ETH.
2. Press "Create Transfer", then "Send Transfer".
3. Approve & Confirm transaction with your wallet.

* If you don't have any test ETH, you can get some from a faucet like: cloud.google.com, or alchemy.com/faucets/ethereum-sepolia





Step 4

Next, let's check out the profile: retrobridge.io/quests

Connect your wallet & should receive 50 points straight away for interacting with the platform!




In your profile, you can see your total points, keep up-to-date with your activity, and view some other things like your referral link and the weekly leaderboard.






Step 5

Now let's go to the Activities tab: retrobridge.io/quests/activities and earn some free points!

Here we can play a game once per day for free to earn more points.




Step 6

Now go to the Phases tab: retrobridge.io/quests/phases

On this page we can complete quests to earn multipliers & NFTs!




Step 7

We can also visit the Adventures tab: retrobridge.io/quests/adventures where we can find more available quests.
